We are seeking a highly motivated Dialysis Technician - Patient Care Specialist to join our team at DaVita Inc. in El Paso, Texas.

As a Dialysis Technician - Patient Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our outpatient dialysis center. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and support to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment
- Care for multiple patients simultaneously, prioritizing their needs and ensuring their comfort and safety
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment, recording vital signs and other relevant data
- Educate patients on kidney dialysis-related topics and provide emotional support
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in healthcare beneficial
- Ability to work long hours (12+ hours) on feet, with flexibility to adjust schedule as needed
- Comfortable working around blood and needles
- Physical and mental ability to perform job duties safely and effectively
