Key Responsibilities
  • Document pertinent information during pre-shift briefings, including service schedules and guest preferences.
  • Collaborate with culinary staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Assist the kitchen with the presentation of dishes, addressing any missing menu items.
  • Ensure cleanliness in both kitchen and dining areas, assisting in inventory checks of china, glassware, silverware, and linens.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a runner or busser role.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication skills.
Physical Demands
  • Continuous standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
  • Ability to navigate between tables and around corners.
  • Capability to lift items weighing up to 35 pounds.
