Are you passionate about chiropractic care and looking for a part-time role that allows you to make a difference? Tetrault Chiropractic Professional is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Associate in a locum tenens capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct chiropractic assessments and provide necessary treatments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Evaluate patient health through comprehensive interviews and physical assessments.
- Clearly communicate diagnostic information and treatment objectives to patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare professionals and facilities as needed.
- Ensure documentation meets CMS standards, with a focus on medical necessity.
- Foster a positive and professional environment for both patients and staff.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed chiropractor.
- In-depth understanding of treatment methodologies and drug interactions.
- Ability to establish rapport with patients effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail in documenting patient visits.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing coaching for operational improvement.
