  • Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy by cleaning and organizing the space.
  • Collect and dispose of trash and debris from the grounds and common areas.
  • Ensure storage areas and carts are well-stocked, clean, and organized.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
