About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Veterinarian to join our team at BluePearl. As an Emergency Veterinarian, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and making rapid and accurate assessments in emergency situations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide emergency and critical care to patients, including triage, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of specialists to make decisions and develop treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with pet owners, providing clear and compassionate information about medical conditions and treatment options.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest advances in emergency and critical care.

Requirements
  • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary program.
  • Completion of a rotating internship or residency in emergency and critical care.
  • Current license to practice veterinary medicine in this state.
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with the ability to make rapid and accurate assessments in emergency situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner.
