Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, making recommendations to customers and promoting sales growth.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store opening and closing procedures, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that all sales and customer service areas are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Age and Authorization: Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally, and be able to stand for long periods.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Driver's License: Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages, including Spanish.
