Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a safe and effective fitness experience to all members by demonstrating exercises and movements accurately and safely.
  • Ensure the Vasa Uplift Member Experience (VUME) is executed in every class, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members.
  • Punctually prepare the room and greet members at the door, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Actively promote classes to retain and invite new participants, fostering a sense of community within the group fitness classes.
Requirements:
  • Knowledgeable and clear communicator, able to teach safe and effective classes for various fitness levels and abilities.
  • Approachable, professional, and engaging, providing excellent customer service and promptly responding to member needs and concerns.
