Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the United States
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Progressive Care Unit setting
- Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the facility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
