• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including current trends, styles, and sizes.
• Contribute to the achievement of company goals, including sales, customer satisfaction, and visual merchandising.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals.
• Participate in visual merchandising and floor sets to create an engaging and inviting store environment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, using the company's point-of-sale system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
