Job Description

UCare Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Tax Attorney to join our team in White Plains, NY. As a key member of our tax department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Tax Planning: Provide expert tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and families, as well as closely held businesses.
  • Litigation Support: Litigate tax disputes in court if necessary, negotiate tax settlements, and represent clients before government entities who levy taxes.
  • Contract Review: Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications: 5+ years of experience working as a tax attorney, expertise in written and verbal communication, knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws, research skills, analytical thinking, negotiation skills, litigation experience, and accounting skills.
  • Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
