About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist Floater to join our team at Giant Eagle Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure safe and efficient dispensing of patient orders by adhering to quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Provide outstanding patient care by engaging with patients and addressing their needs through counseling and problem-solving.
  • Execute all pharmacist duties, including interpreting, filling, and refilling prescriptions for medications and durable medical equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: 0 to 6 months in pharmacy practice.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Certification or Licensing: Immunization License, Valid CPR Certification, and valid pharmacy license (multiple states preferred).
  • Lifting Requirement: Up to 25 pounds.
  • Travel Required: Regional - Daily, more than 50%.
