Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy to representative properties to perform maintenance work on heating and plumbing systems and resulting repairs.
  • Troubleshoot and repair heating and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Operate and monitor heating and water treatment systems to prevent downtime and ensure efficient energy use.
  • Install small systems in existing properties to enhance functionality and comfort.
  • Document tasks digitally to maintain accurate records and facilitate future reference.

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a heating/plumbing installer.
  • Independence and initiative to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
