Job Overview

Ergon Refining is a leading petrochemical company with locations in Flowood and Vicksburg, MS. We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Integrity Supervisor to join our team.

About the Role

We are offering a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) matching, health insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, holidays, vacation time, sick leave, tuition assistance, and profit sharing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe working environment by following strict safety protocols and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
  • Develop and implement programs to improve the overall integrity and reliability of our refinery and terminal.
  • Supervise and mentor Unit Inspectors and QA/QC Offsites Inspectors, providing technical expertise and guidance as needed.
  • Review and approve systemization, circuitization, and CML allocation for all piping and fixed assets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a petrochemical or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with destructive and non-destructive inspection techniques, API and ASME fabrication and inspection codes, welding, and basic metallurgy.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
