The Staff RN-Ambulatory Clinics role is a key member of the interprofessional team, providing patient-centered care and collaborating with colleagues to achieve optimal health outcomes. This position requires a systematic and continuous collection and assessment of patient data to develop, execute, and evaluate the plan of care. The Staff RN-Ambulatory Clinics utilizes evidence-based practice to drive clinical decisions and ensures effective care coordination across settings. Key responsibilities include patient care coordination, direct patient care, patient education, telephone triage/eVisits, and performing/assisting with in-clinic minor procedures. May float to other areas as needed for operational requirements.
Requirements- Clinical experience and/or interest in patient populations specific to the area of employment. At least 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred.
- Nursing licensure required. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Requires current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC (Nurse Licensure Compact). American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
