Food Expeditor

We are seeking a skilled Food Runner to join our team at Naples Ristorante in Anaheim, California. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in expediting food from the kitchen to our guests in a timely and efficient manner.

• Attend pre-shift briefings to stay informed about service information
• Collaborate with the kitchen team and servers to ensure seamless food delivery and preparation
• Complete table-side service tasks, including taking and delivering orders and explaining menu items to guests
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparations
• Ensure kitchen and dining room cleanliness and organization

• At least 1 year of experience or training as a Runner or Busser in a similar dining environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• No high school diploma or GED required

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for setup, service, and cleanup
• Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
• Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to take orders and prepare checks

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19.90, with opportunities for tipped earnings.
