Job Summary:

Central Carolina Community College is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Worker to join our team. As a Child Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for young children, promoting their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and fun environment for children
• Supervise and monitor physical safety of children
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities
• Encourage children's physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth
• Establish and enforce behavior rules in the classroom
• Engage children in positive interaction to build confidence and self-esteem

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Motheread Story Exploring training certification and experience working with young children
