Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care and case management services
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing
  • Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the state of agency operation
  • One year of experience as a RN
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements
