Job Title: Site Surveyor

As a key member of the CBTS team, you will be responsible for conducting site surveys at various locations throughout the continental United States. Your primary objective will be to assess the telecom closet or closets or designated communications area, ensuring that our team can successfully install cable and external antenna systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive site surveys, including exterior structural inspections, interior structural and floor plan inspections, and roof inspections.
  • Work with building owners to determine acceptable alternatives for cable installation paths and external antenna placement.
  • Utilize your knowledge of fiber, coax cabling, STP, Cat6, and Cat7 to identify proposed DPU and radio installation.
  • Successfully complete assigned volumes of site surveys on a weekly basis.
Requirements:
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the continental US.
  • Licensed to operate a commercial drone.
  • Ability to work in tight timelines and multi-task.
  • Knowledge of wireless technologies and ability to work in an unsupervised environment.
