Position Summary:
This role entails executing general custodial responsibilities within various environments, including office spaces, warehouses, kitchen areas, and outdoor settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently operate assigned equipment.
  • Conduct general cleaning and maintenance of designated areas.
  • Collect and dispose of waste materials.
  • Relocate furniture, equipment, boxes, and materials as required.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and repairing fixtures.
  • Clear trash and debris from outdoor areas.
  • Travel to multiple locations to fulfill job duties.
  • Set up chairs, tables, and other equipment for meetings and events.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in custodial work within both warehouse and commercial office settings.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrated initiative, customer service orientation, and mechanical skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Work Environment:

  • All work must comply with YBP Safety policies.
  • Work primarily occurs in our corporate facility, with potential travel to other locations as necessary.
  • Capable of operating various equipment, including computers, copiers, scanners, sweepers, and industrial cleaning machines.

Physical Requirements:

  • Physical demands include walking, sitting, bending, stooping, and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
