Sushi-San is seeking a skilled Carryout Associate to join our team at our new Lincoln Park location. As a Carryout Associate, you will be responsible for taking orders for food and beverage for all guests placing carryout orders, packaging and checking accuracy for all carryout orders, collecting payment, and ensuring all aspects of professional service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Ensure the overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guests' needs.
  • Greet guests with a warm, sincere smile.
  • Use tact and good judgement when dealing with guest challenges and respond to guest needs with patience and courtesy.
  • Answer telephones, take orders, messages, and reservations.

This role requires effective communication skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail. You will be working in a fast-paced, fun team environment and must be able to stand and walk for an entire shift. Estimated salary for this position is $15-$18 per hour based on location and experience.
