We are seeking a skilled Chronic Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita. In this role, you will provide compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease in an outpatient dialysis center.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
  • ICU, Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience preferred
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification a plus
