Job Summary

We are seeking a self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting to join our team as a Merchandiser. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing merchandising resets, building retail displays, and merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate relationships with in-store management to ensure effective merchandising strategies
  • Execute merchandising resets to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Build retail displays to showcase products and drive sales
  • Merchandise impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks to maximize sales opportunities
  • Implement plan-o-grams to optimize product placement and sales
Requirements
  • Self-starter and quick learner with excellent organizational skills
  • Comfortable in changing environments with ability to meet physical requirements of the role
  • Strong communicator with ability to build relationships with business partners
  • Resides in Danville, IL
