We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Technician ABA to join our team at Butterfly Effects. As a Behavior Technician ABA, you will work directly with children on the autism spectrum, providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in various settings.
Key Responsibilities- Implement ABA treatment plans to aid in client progress and promote positive behavior changes.
- Build rapport with clients and their families, providing support and guidance in daily activities.
- Assist with behavior reduction and skill acquisition based on individual client needs.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Web-enabled device for completing hiring process and note-taking during sessions.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Empathy, critical thinking, communication, and patience.
- $18-20 per hour based on experience, education, and certifications in the ABA field.
- Paid 40-hour RBT training course.
- Paid drive time between sessions for field technicians.
- Opportunities for growth and professional development, including RBT and BCBA certification.
