GE Vernova is seeking a skilled Electrical Subassembly Assembler to join our team. As a key member of our assembly team, you will be responsible for assembling electrical subassemblies of our products, following strict manufacturing guidelines and superior orientations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the assembly of equipment, following manufacturing guidelines, drawings, and superior orientations.
  • Interpret isolation plans and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
  • Perform the isolation of Current Transformers (TCs) to oil, following industry norms and manufacturing guidelines.
  • Manufacture primary TCs, following industry norms and manufacturing guidelines, including cutting copper strips, laying them in sequence, coating with insulating material, welding posts, and effecting the number of turns according to the manufacturing chart.
  • Prepare OSKF insulation material by bonding according to process standards.
  • Use measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy throughout the insulation process.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts.
  • Knowledge of measurement instruments, including treadmills and calipers.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Knowledge of mechanics and electrical systems.
