About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to work with patients in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities, and achieve their goals for independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities and needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and goals.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate recovery and improve daily living skills.
  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic activities and techniques for continued progress at home.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are essential for this role.
