About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at DaVita. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients with end-stage renal disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Measure and record patient statistics, observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers
  • Develop strong relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support on kidney dialysis-related topics

Requirements
