We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Test Manager to lead our quality assurance efforts in a complex, large-scale implementation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Test Lead and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results within project timelines and resource constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive test strategy, detailed planning, and execution for release testing efforts within the SAP S4 Program implementation
  • Lead the development and implementation of test strategies, plans, and cases in collaboration with the technical team, SAP value stream teams, and business stakeholders
  • Organize and collaborate with program teams to understand requirements and design test scenarios
  • Execute tests, report defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues within Focus Build in SAP Solution Manager
  • Provide direction for testers onshore and offshore across all testing cycles (SIT, UAT, Regression, Performance)
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing, including driving further adoption of automated testing
  • Provide updates to stakeholders on testing progress and results

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an SAP Test Lead in complex, large-scale implementations
  • Minimum of 2 SAP projects with proven ownership of full end-to-end testing (strategy, detailed planning, resourcing, execution, defect resolution, closeout)
  • In-depth expertise in software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Proven ability to influence key stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and technical teams, to drive alignment on test strategy and priorities
  • Expertise in planning and tracking all phases of SAP testing with a focus on delivering high-quality results within project timelines and resource constraints
  • Excellent communication skills with proven leadership abilities in managing test teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with project goals
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure test activities are well-coordinated across teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all test cases, documentation, and defect tracking are thorough, accurate, and aligned with project requirements
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving complex issues
  • Ability to travel 25%, if applicable
