Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team at Manpower Inc. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production lines, maintaining high-quality products, and troubleshooting equipment issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run efficient production lines, ensuring products meet quality specifications and making immediate adjustments as needed.
  • Set up, start, run, shut down, clean, and troubleshoot extruders and other production equipment.
  • Build boxes, maintain printers, track tools and equipment, and ensure all necessary supplies are available.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork, read and understand product specifications, grade products, and document all changes to the lines as they occur.
  • Keep lines and production floor clean, free of debris, and stocked for the incoming shift.

Requirements

  • Ability to consistently and effectively communicate with all team members and ask for help when needed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make immediate adjustments to production lines.
  • Organizational skills to maintain printers, track tools and equipment, and ensure supplies are available.
  • Proficiency in completing necessary paperwork and understanding product specifications.
  • Willingness to participate in and promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
