The Medical Science Liaison role is key to our success in the Eastern Region. Build relationships with national and regional medical and scientific thought leaders to drive education and awareness of current and emerging therapies.
Salary: $138,700–$173,400 USD per annum
About the Role:
- Demonstrate expertise in pharmaceutical consulting and provide strategic guidance on medical affairs initiatives
- Develop and maintain scientific, clinical, and therapeutic expertise for Acadia's portfolio
- Promote education and awareness of current and emerging therapies among healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate delivery of medical and scientific information
Requirements:
- PhD or PharmD degree in a related field
- 5 years of experience in biopharmaceutical industry, including 3 years as a field-based MSL
- Strong knowledge of regulatory, compliance, commercial, and clinical issues affecting the pharmaceutical and managed care industries
- Excellent writing and presentation skills, including experience in preparation of materials for use by Medical Affairs
