Job Summary

Pacer Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team. As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care discussions
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state where care is provided
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
  • NIH Stroke Scale Certificate
  • CCRN certification
  • Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent experience
