Job Summary
At Houston Physicians Hospital, we are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing daily patient physical therapy treatment, including evaluation and assessment, design of treatment programs, implementation and supervision of treatment programs, and educational services. You will also maintain and update patient case files.

Responsibilities
• Provide daily patient physical therapy treatment
• Review treatment protocols with prescribing physicians
• Participate in treatment plan review and ongoing patient care reassessments
• Accurately document patient information for billing purposes
• Ensure compliance with Medicare billing regulations
• Lead and assist other clinical staff as necessary
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and physicians
• Participate in facility in-service activities and ensure a safe and clean facility

Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
• Current CPR certification
• State Physical Therapy licensure
• General physical therapy, sports, and industrial medicine experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications

Work Environment
The work environment for this position is a clinical setting, requiring frequent interaction with patients and physicians. The employee must be able to lift and/or carry over 20 pounds on a regular basis and be able to push/pull over 25 pounds on a regular basis. The employee must also be able to stand and/or walk at least five hours per day.
