About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at Nextaff's Healthcare. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide clinical social work services to individuals with diverse needs.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions as outlined in the treatment plan.
  • Conduct suicide and crisis risk assessments and interventions as needed.
  • Coordinate discharge planning and access community support services for patients.
Requirements
  • Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.) license in California.
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in clinical social work.
  • BLS/CPR certification.
  • Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
