Key Responsibilities:


• Azure Administration: Responsible for the provisioning, configuration, management, and monitoring of Azure virtual machines (Windows VMs), storage accounts, IaaS, PaaS, and networking components. Conduct regular operating system and security updates, manage backups and restoration processes, and implement disaster recovery strategies for Azure resources while performing maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.


• Azure Security Management: Set up and oversee Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Azure Key Vault, network security protocols, data encryption measures, and ensure compliance with security standards and remediation processes.


• DevOps Integration: Establish and integrate DevOps processes, managing CI/CD pipelines for Azure applications to enhance deployment efficiency.


• Azure Monitoring Solutions: Configure Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Network Watcher, and Azure Application Insights, including automated alert systems via email based on predefined rules and thresholds, while conducting related monitoring and troubleshooting activities.


• Expertise in Azure Services: Demonstrate proficiency in Azure App Service, Azure SQL Database, Azure Application Gateway (WAF, load balancing), and other related services, including setup, configuration, and ongoing support.

Job Requirements:


• Minimum of five (5) years of experience as an Azure Cloud Administrator or Azure Cloud Engineer.


• Relevant certification such as Azure Administrator Associate or higher is required.


• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is essential.

Preferred Skills:


• Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming and experience in N-Tier Architecture.


• Understanding of design patterns.


• Strong customer service skills and experience in client interactions are necessary.


• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.


• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies is preferred.


• Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with Azure DevOps Server is advantageous.


• Adaptability to change and capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
