Behavior Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Technician to join our team at Clarvida - North Carolina. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one or small group treatment interventions to consumers in home and/or community settings under the direction of the BCBA and Senior BCBA.

• Provide high-quality treatment interventions to consumers in home and/or community settings
• Work collaboratively with the BCBA and Senior BCBA to develop and implement treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify consumer needs and goals
• Develop and implement behavior support plans to promote consumer independence and well-being

• At least 18 years of age
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credentialed by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA)
