**Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable, including vendor relationships, bill payments, and reconciliation.

• Process daily bookkeeping and record-keeping tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Prepare and submit financial reports, tax records, and other required documents.

• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure seamless financial operations.

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently within the ERP system.

• Assist with lines of credit inquiries and maintain organized credit information records.

**Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in accounting or related field preferred.

• At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable or related field.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

• Proficiency in SAP and general ledger management.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
