DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Case Manager Level 2 to join our team at Endeavors. As a Case Manager Level 2, you will provide case management and supportive services to unaccompanied immigrant children released from federal custody.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits and phone contacts to assess safety and appropriateness of child's placement with their caregiver (sponsor).
- Provide ongoing case management with a focus on screening and making appropriate referrals to address child's needs in various domains.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments in a child-centered, trauma-informed manner and document in an online case management system.
- Provide crisis intervention services directly or connect family to services to ensure minor's safety and well-being in a crisis situation.
- Establish and maintain liaison relationships with key government agencies and non-profits/community organizations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience relevant to the position and working with vulnerable or migrant populations.
- Proficiency in Spanish/English (written and spoken language skills).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential material in a responsible manner.
- Able and willing to travel domestically up to 60% of time.
Education: Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, sociology, or other behavioral sciences equivalent.

Attendance: Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance.
Licenses: Driver's License with clear record.
Vehicle: Must have daily use of a vehicle without prior notice.
Other: Must be available and willing to travel to various locations and with such frequency as the business need dictates.
