Responsabilidades Clave:

Planificación y Diseño de Proyectos:
Liderar la planificación, diseño y ejecución de proyectos de ingeniería de carreteras, asegurando la alineación con los estándares de la industria y los requisitos regulatorios.

Liderazgo Técnico:
Proporcionar supervisión técnica y orientación a los equipos de ingeniería, asegurando la aplicación de mejores prácticas y soluciones innovadoras.

Gestión de Presupuestos y Cronogramas:
Desarrollar y gestionar presupuestos y cronogramas de proyectos, asegurando un uso eficiente de los recursos y la finalización oportuna de los hitos del proyecto.

Coordinación de Equipos:
Coordinar y gestionar equipos de proyecto multidisciplinarios, incluyendo ingenieros, arquitectos, contratistas y consultores, fomentando la colaboración y la comunicación efectiva.

Control de Calidad:

Implementar y mantener procedimientos rigurosos de control de calidad para asegurar que todos los entregables del proyecto cumplan o superen los estándares y especificaciones requeridas.


Cumplimiento Regulatorio:
Asegurar que todas las actividades del proyecto cumplan con las regulaciones locales, estatales y federales, así como con los estándares ambientales y de seguridad.

Compromiso con las Partes Interesadas:

Actuar como el punto de contacto principal para clientes, agencias gubernamentales y otras partes interesadas, proporcionando actualizaciones regulares y abordando cualquier inquietud o problema.


Gestión de Riesgos:

Calificaciones:

Educación:
Título universitario en Ingeniería Civil o un campo relacionado. Se requiere licencia de Ingeniero Profesional (PE).

Experiencia:

Mínimo de 7 años de experiencia en ingeniería de carreteras y gestión de proyectos, con un historial comprobado en la gestión de proyectos complejos de carreteras.


Habilidades:
Sólido conocimiento técnico de los principios, prácticas y estándares de diseño de ingeniería de carreteras.
Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo y gestión de equipos.
Dominio de software de gestión de proyectos (por ejemplo, MS Project, Primavera P6) y herramientas de diseño de ingeniería (por ejemplo, AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
Superiores habilidades de resolución de problemas y toma de decisiones.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
Fuertes habilidades organizativas con la capacidad de gestionar múltiples proyectos y prioridades simultáneamente.
