Job Description

This part-time position involves providing sign language interpretation services in a K-12 educational setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Sign Language Interpreter and possess an active TX Sign Language Interpreter Certificate.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Valid TX Fingerprints
  • Previous work experience in schools is preferred

The successful candidate will be able to provide a range of services, including:

  • One-on-one interpretation
  • Evaluations
  • Report writing
  • Support for behavioral staff members
  • Case management
  • Attendance at ARD meetings
  • Consultation with administrative staff and families
Work Arrangements
  • Part-time; As-needed basis
