About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Cardiac Unit Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Next Move Healthcare. As a key member of our Med Surg Cardiac Unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to address the unique needs of patients with acute cardiac conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle changes.
- Perform interventions and administer medications in accordance with established protocols.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program or related field.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certification or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of nursing and patient care standards, particularly related to cardiac care.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Salary Range: $40 - $60 per hour, based on experience.
