Job Title: BIM Manager

Kiewit Industrial and Water Engineering is seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to join our team in Lenexa, Kansas. As a BIM Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing project efficiency and coordination through the effective implementation of BIM/VDC processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the advancement of firmwide BIM practices and workflows
  • Identify opportunities for the development of custom applications and automated processes
  • Develop and manage BIM Coordination schedules with project team
  • Acting as a stakeholder in managing requirements for downstream analytics from the PDW dataset, ensuring the creation of a cohesive narrative and unified project view
  • Manage requirements as a stakeholder for any customizations, applications, functionality, or other aspects related to the integrated 3D model

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a design or engineering program
  • 8+ years professional experience in Revit with at least 4 years of full time Revit experience
  • 3+ years professional experience in Navisworks and BIM360/ACC
  • Proficient in Autodesk and Microsoft products
  • Knowledgeable in 3D coordination with all trades
  • Knowledge of construction processes and procedures
  • Ability to read and understand Construction Documents and Submittals
