Job Title: Registered Nurse
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Paulding Hospital. As a Registered Nurse on our 5th floor Med Surg/Post Surgical and Telemetry unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice.
- Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics.
- Always partner with the patient and significant others (as appropriate) using such appropriate methods for setting and purpose.
- Practice using current clinical practice standards.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in nursing or Graduate of accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English language.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills, along with customer service skills.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies in using a decisive, composed, and respectful manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
License and Certification: Reg Nurse (Single State) Required, RN - Multi-state Compact Required, Basic Life Support Required, BLS - Instructor Required, BLS - Provisional Required.
