Job Overview

As a Reminiscence Caregiver Specialist at Sunrise Senior Living, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for providing exceptional care and services to a consistent group of seniors and their families in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.

Responsibilities
  • Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families through personalized care and attention.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) to meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Participate in the development of monthly updates to ISPs to ensure ongoing support and care.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, adhering to OSHA requirements and promoting Risk Management programs and policies.
Qualifications
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; certifications may be necessary depending on state regulations.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest.
  • Competent in organizational and time management skills.
Benefits

Sunrise Senior Living offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement savings plans and paid time off.
