We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Yard Worker to join our team at McCoy Construction & Forestry. As a Yard Worker, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our dealership, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and professional work environment.

• Equipment Display Management: Clean, align, and rotate equipment displays to create an attractive and well-maintained image for our business.
• Equipment Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of new equipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of equipment in and out of our inventory, including year-long files of IN/OUT records.
• Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all equipment has the necessary documentation before leaving the store, including rental agreements and insurance certificates.
• Loading and Delivery: Assist in loading equipment for delivery, including proper rental agreements and insurance certificates.
• Inventory Updates: Maintain a list of all equipment and attachments in inventory, reviewing and updating records as needed.
• Parts Department Support: Assist the parts department in storing products properly and placing them on the correct shelves in the warehouse.
• Environmental Maintenance: Work with other departments to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment for customers and employees.
• Parts Delivery: Deliver parts and machine attachments to customers as needed.
• Branch Operations: Coordinate daily activities of equipment at our branch, including sales, service, parts, and inventory.
• Communication: Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, electronic, or schedule form.

• Experience: Construction and forestry equipment experience required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• License: Valid driver's license.
• Certification: Forklift certified (training provided for the right candidate).
• Work Ethic: Good work ethic and ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication skills (oral and written).
