Job Description:

Blooming Health is seeking a skilled Content Marketing Manager to shape our brand identity and engage our audience through compelling content. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute content strategies that drive brand awareness and support sales and lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define content goals, target personas, and key messaging.
  • Develop strategies that support sales and lead generation.
  • Produce various content types, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, infographics, and videos.
  • Collaborate with designers on contract for engaging content.
  • Develop content that supports the sales process and provides sales enablement materials.
  • Align content and branding initiatives with broader marketing goals.
  • Conduct market research and identify effective marketing channels.
  • Develop content strategies for lead generation, including gated assets like ebooks and webinars.
  • Optimize content distribution for lead conversion.
  • Manage a comprehensive content calendar including blog posts, social media updates, and press releases.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate knowledge into content and strategies.
  • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all content and marketing materials.
  • Craft compelling narratives to communicate our mission and solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Develop and distribute press releases for significant milestones and newsworthy events.
  • Implement a social media strategy to amplify our presence and create shareable content.
  • Implement SEO best practices to ensure content discoverability.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in content creation, design, branding, strategy, and sales collaboration, preferably within the aging, government tech, or health tech industry.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software.
  • Familiarity with SEO, content management systems, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passion for aging, social health, and health tech innovation.
  • Adaptable and flexible to changes in a startup environment.
