Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a PCU setting
- Current RN licensure in the state of Washington
- ACLS, BLS-AHA, and NIHSS certifications
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
