Our general medicine practice serves a diverse population of approximately 25,000 patients and is certified as a level 3 NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home.
We take pride in delivering high-quality care to patients with complex chronic illnesses and consistently receive high patient satisfaction scores.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on factors such as your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF.
For positions represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
Key Responsibilities- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or internal medicine clinic within the last 3 years
- Master's Degree or equivalent combination of education and primary care or internal medicine experience
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records, including Epic/Apex
- Experience working as a primary care provider independently managing a panel of patients
- California driver's license (CDL) if required for the position
- Current national certification from an accepted certifying agency
- Current and active RN and NP license in California
- Complete a BRN recognized graduate master's degree program as a nurse practitioner
- Obtain an active and/or transferable DEA license to California
