The Lutheran Home is seeking a dedicated Full-time Custodial Specialist to maintain our vibrant retirement community, Saxony Village. The ideal candidate will possess a warm demeanor and deliver meticulous and attentive cleaning services. Our mission is to foster a grace-filled environment where residents can thrive and enjoy dignified living at every stage of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure cleanliness in resident apartments or duplexes.
  • Maintain the common areas of Saxony Manor.
  • Conduct routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
  • Execute specific daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning assignments as directed.
  • Report maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and utilized according to safety protocols.
  • Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere within the community.
In this Full-time role, you will enjoy daytime hours from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm with a rotating weekend schedule, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred.
