$1,000 Sign on Bonus The Lutheran Home is seeking a dedicated Full-time Custodial Specialist to maintain our vibrant retirement community, Saxony Village. The ideal candidate will possess a warm demeanor and deliver meticulous and attentive cleaning services. Our mission is to foster a grace-filled environment where residents can thrive and enjoy dignified living at every stage of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness in resident apartments or duplexes.
- Maintain the common areas of Saxony Manor.
- Conduct routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
- Execute specific daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning assignments as directed.
- Report maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and utilized according to safety protocols.
- Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere within the community.
