IT Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Director to lead our technology team and drive the strategic direction of our IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our IT roadmap, ensuring that our systems and processes are aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an IT strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals.
• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.
• Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
• Ensure the security and integrity of our data and systems, and implement measures to prevent cyber threats.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies.
• Develop and manage budgets for IT projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in an IT leadership role, with a strong background in IT strategy and management.
• Proven track record of delivering IT projects and initiatives on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong technical skills, with expertise in IT infrastructure, security, and data management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
