Job Summary

Aureus Medical Group - Cardiopulmonary is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join their team as a travel professional in a cardiopulmonary setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide respiratory care services to patients in a hospital or healthcare facility setting.
  • Assess and treat patients with respiratory disorders, including those requiring mechanical ventilation.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of respiratory equipment.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Utah.
  • Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Experience working in a cardiopulmonary setting, preferably in a travel or per diem capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to lift and move patients, as well as operate respiratory equipment.
