Aerotek is seeking an Assembly Line Technician to join our team in Grayslake, IL.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery to meet product requirements, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing quality checks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate machines to meet product requirements.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and packaging issues.
  • Perform quality checks and document any issues or repairs.
  • Conduct trial runs and monitor machine workflow.
  • Pack finished goods to assist IOs.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in machine setup or PM tech.
  • 1 year of experience with hand tools and basic mechanical repairs.
  • 1 year of product inspection experience.
  • Experience with machine troubleshooting and basic repairs.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, and standing all day.
  • Ability to read a ruler up to 1/32 of an inch.
Benefits:
  • Estimated Salary: $42,000 - $45,000 per year.
  • Bi-weekly pay.

Work Environment:

This is a fully onsite position in Grayslake, IL. The work environment is a GMP setting requiring compliance with gowning protocols.
